bell peppers of different colors

Toppings
small flour tortillas
sour cream
guacamole
salsa
cheddar cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large sheet pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together, chicken, peppers, onion, olive oil, and spices.
Pour onto the sheet pan, making sure the chicken mixture is in a single layer so that it cooks evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until veggies tender and chicken is cooked through. Internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165 degrees.
Warm tortillas up and serve with toppings of your choice.
Notes
You can use a packet of taco seasoning if you don't want to make your own seasoning blend.
