Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice about 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix chopped tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • Taste and add more salt or lime juice as needed.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This dish is best enjoyed fresh or within a day. If you have any leftovers, store in a sealed container in the fridge. It will become more liquid over time as the tomatoes sit.
