Place the banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, honey, ice, and milk in the blender. Blend on high for a minute or until smooth.
If your smoothie is too thick, then slowly add more milk until it is the consistency of your liking. You also may want to stir the smoothie halfway through blending to get anything that may have stuck to the sides.
Enjoy immediately after blending!
Notes
I typically use skim or whole milk, but this recipe is also delicious with almond or oat milk!
