Place a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, breaking apart until fully cooked and no longer pink, about 7-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Add the taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until most of the liquid is absorbed.
To make the dressing, mix together the Greek yogurt and salsa in a small bowl.
Chop, rinse, and dry the lettuce. In a large bowl mix together the lettuce, pepper, tomato, corn, and cheese.
Serve lettuce mixture, topped with ground turkey, chips, and the dressing.
