Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

No party is complete without spinach artichoke dip. Made with Greek yogurt and packed with spinach, this recipe is just as creamy and delicious as you remember. Pair with veggies, chips, pretzels, or pita chips, and this dish is going to disappear before your eyes.

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz can of artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Fully thaw and drain spinach of all its liquid. Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
  • In a medium pan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and yogurt. mix continuously as it starts to melt.
  • Once the cream cheese mixture is mostly melted, add the spinach, artichoke hearts, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  • Mix until fully incorporated and hot. Do not leave it on the stove for too long or it may start to burn.
  • Serve immediately or place in a covered container in the fridge for later.

Notes

You can make this dip ahead of time and reheat it the next day in the microwave or on the stove. 
A great way to keep this dip warm at a party is by putting it in a small crockpot on low heat, and mixing occasionally.
